The Role

What the work looks like

Advisors provide consulting services to Metis clients through high-value phone calls and occasional in-person meetings as jointly agreed. The work is relationship-driven and expertise-led — not administrative. You bring the knowledge; we handle the matching, structure, and client management.

Provide industry-specific coaching to clients
Share strategies for growth, change, and improvement
Solve problems through practical recommendations
Understand each client's position within their industry
Meet with client executives to provide guidance and feedback
Maintain professional client relationships over time
Assist with new-client marketing and brand development
Maintain a professional demeanor in all engagements
